释义 | 郵遞服務 A service that the Postmaster General, by himself or by the officers of the Post Office, shall have the exclusive privilege to perform: Post Office Ordinance (Cap 98) s 6. The Postmaster General may, subject to any direction of the Chief Executive in Council, determine the rates of postage to be charged on postal articles: s 4(1). The Government shall not incur any liability by reason of the loss, non-delivery, misdelivery or delay of any postal packet, or by reason of any damage to any postal packet, whether registered or not: s 7(1). The inland and overseas postal services, express mail service, are included in the business of Post Office: Halsbury’s Laws of Hong Kong, Vol 18(2), Media and Communications [255.062].
