释义 | 國家公園 A relatively large area of land set aside for its predominantly unspoiled natural landscape, flora and fauna; permanently dedicated for recreation and tourism, protection of vegetation and wild life therein, preservation and maintenance of buildings and sites of historic or cultural significance therein and providing facilities for the public enjoyment of the area. In Hong Kong, this area is called ‘country park’ which is an area reserving countryside and enabling the community to enjoy the amenities of countryside: Country Parks Ordinance (Cap 208) s 4(c). 一幅相對來說較大的土地範圍撥作主要未遭破壞的自然風景、花草與動物的用途;永久性用作康樂及旅遊業,保障植物及野生動物,保存及維修有歷史或文化特色的建築物及原址,及為公眾享樂的範圍提供設施。在香港,這區域被稱為「郊野公園」,屬保留郊野地區及容許社會享受郊野地區的宜人之處的區域:《郊野公園條例》(第208章)第4 (c)條。 |
