释义	經紀承保條 In insurance law, a document prepared by an insurance broker which contains the extent and details of coverage to be insured against. The slip is an offer and the underwriter will assess the amount of premium and retain the right to modify the offer to accord with terms subsequently inserted: Jaglom v Excess Insurance Co Ltd & Anor [1972] 1 All ER 267, 2 QB 250. The writing of the underwriter on the slip amounts to acceptance and the slip becomes evidence of an insurance contract.
