Began producing books specifically for the Hong Kong market in 1993 with the first Hong Kong office opened back then. Now a division of LexisNexis, which forms the legal division of Reed Elsevier (an Anglo-Dutch company). The main Asian branches are in Hong Kong, Singapore, China, Malaysia and India.
