| 释义 | 繼子女 A child who is not a natural offspring of a person, but is the child of that person’s spouse or former spouse. In a number of Ordinances ‘stepchild’ is included in the definition of ‘child’, for example, the Inland Revenue Ordinance (Cap 112) s 27 (for the purposes of income tax child allowances, ‘child’ includes a stepchild whether or not born in wedlock); the Immigration Ordinance (Cap 115) s 2(1).
