| 释义 | 競投 Any mode of sale where prospective purchasers are enabled to compete for the purchase of articles in any way, as where the price is fixed and the buyers chosen by the auctioneer nominating those who first raised their hands: Clements v Rydeheard [1978] 3 All ER 658. Competitive bidding can be by way of increasing bids or by the offer of goods to be bid for at successively decreasing prices or otherwise: Mock Auctions Ordinance (Cap 255) s 2. 準買家可藉以競爭購買物品的任何售賣形式，物品設有固定底價，競投者舉手競投，由拍賣人指定首位舉手的競投者為買家：Clements v Rydeheard [1978] 3 All ER 658。競投可藉提高出價的方式、提供物品供人逐步減低出價的方式、或其他方式進行：《假拍賣條例》（第255章）第2條。 |
