释义 | 領事特權與豁免 The rights, privileges, and exemptions created under international customary and treaty law and accorded consular representatives of a foreign government by the host state. Consular officers and employees do not fall under the jurisdiction of a receiving state with regard to acts performed in the exercise of their consular functions: Consular Relations Ordinance (Cap 557) s 3(1), sch (Vienna Convention on Consular Relations 1963 art 43).
