| 释义 | 出售股份／變賣股份 A person disposes of shares in a body corporate if, such person ceases to have a relevant interest in those shares. Such person can produce an instrument of transfer to the company and request for a transfer of shares in the name of the transferee: Companies Ordinance (Cap 32) s 66. A certificate under the common seal of the company specifying the shares held by a member shall be prima facie evidence of the title of the member to such shares: s 71.
