释义	謹慎及技巧責任 In performing a contract of employment, it is implied by law that exercising reasonable care and skill to carry out the works that the employee is engaged for is one of his or her duties even though it has not been made expressly in the contract. The same applies to contract for supply of a service: Feerni Development Ltd v Daniel Wong & Partners [2001] 1 HKC 373; Supply of Services (Implied Terms) Ordinance (Cap 457) s 5.
