释义	管理承包 In building and construction law, where the managing contractor manages the contractor and the designer, and the managing contractor is managed by the proprietor and has contractual ties with the proprietor, the designer and the contractor. The arrangement is different to traditional design and construct contracting, because the contractor in this arrangement is an additional party in the contractual chain in the construction phase. This contractual arrangement is often called a project management contract or a design and construct contract.
