释义 | 管理費 1. Charges incurred by holders of trust property which forms the remuneration of professional fund or trust managers. Management fees typically arise in the case of unit trusts where a professional trustee company undertakes the duties of trustee. 2. Management fees are also payable by the owner of units in multi-storey buildings in accordance with the terms of the deed of mutual covenant. A typical Deed of Mutual Covenant of a multi-storey building provides that the owner has an obligation to pay his due share of management costs. The costs payable by owners usually consist of a management deposit, periodic management fees, and contribution to the capital equipment fund.
