释义 | 聯票 Where a bill of exchange is used as a means of payment in international trade, multiple copies of the bill, produced with each part numbered and referring to other parts, so that each part can be sent by different means (for example, ‘first of exchange’ by facsimile confirmed by airmail of hard copy, ‘second of exchange’ by surface mail): Bills of Exchange Ordinance (Cap 19) s 71(1). The whole of the parts in the set constitute one bill and generally the whole bill is discharged by the payment of one part: s 71 (6).
