| 释义 | 訴訟外債務人物業查封 Previously, a type of writ which operated to attach to any effects of the defendant, whether money or goods, so that they were within the jurisdiction of the court. However, the Mareva Injunction which prevents the removal of assets from the jurisdiction, has a similar effect to the writ of foreign attachment: Z Ltd v A-Z [1982] 1 All ER 556, 1 QB 558 (CA).
