| 释义 | 行為表現良好擔保 In criminal law, an undertaking given by a juvenile offender to a magistrate to be of a good behaviour for a certain periods or until called up by the court for sentence: Magistrates Ordinance (CAP 227) s 36 (1); R v Yu Yau [1963] HKLR 369. Also known as ‘bond’, ‘common law bond’ or ‘recognisance to be of good behaviour’.
