释义	持票乘客 A passenger who has a ticket entitling him or her to carriage from one place to another, the ticket having been obtained on the payment of a fare and constituting the contract. The person to whom or on whose behalf tickets are issued is deemed to have knowledge of and to have agreed to all the regulations, by-laws and any special conditions: for example, Kowloon-Canton Railway Corporation By-laws (Cap 372B) by-law 3(2). In relation to carriage by air, a carrier must deliver a ticket to passenger: Carriage by Air Ordinance (Cap 500) sch 1 art 3. See also Convention on International Civil Aviation 1944; Passenger. 持有給予一人從一處被運往至另一處的車票／船票／機票的乘客，並以支付若干車費獲得，這構成有效的合約。獲發給或由他人代其獲發給該等車票的人，均當作已知悉並已同意《九廣鐵路公司附例》的所有規定及任何特別條件：例如《九廣鐵路公司附例》（第372B章）第3(2)條附例。就航空運輸而言，承運人必須交付機票予乘客：《航空運輸條例》（第500章）附表1第3條。另見 Convention on International Civil Aviation 1944; Passenger。
