| 释义 | 無意不披露 In insurance law, unintentional non-disclosure of facts material to a thing insured. In marine insurance law, the assured must disclose to the insurer all material circumstances before an insurance contract is concluded. Failure to disclose, whether innocent or fraudulent, renders the contract voidable at the option of the insurer: Marine Insurance Ordinance (Cap 329) s 18(1).
