单词 Natural rights
1. Rights derived from the basic goods of human flourishing. Natural rights include, for example, the right: not to be deprived of life as a direct means to an end; not to be deceived in the course of factual communication; not to be condemned upon charges which are known to be false; not to be denied procreative capacity; and to be accorded respectful consideration in any assessment of the common good. 2. Rights over land which occur naturally and are protected by damages or injunction under the tort of nuisance. A natural right is not an easement, as an easement must be acquired. Examples are rights to maintain the flow of water in a defined stream and a right to support of land in its natural, undeveloped state: Dalton v Angus (1881) 6 App Cas 740 (HL). See also Easement; Law of nature; Nuisance.
另見 Easement; Law of nature; Nuisance。
