释义 | 串通 In trade and commerce, collusion is a form of restrictive trade practices. Two or more organisations may collude together to do some wrongful acts such as price fixing and concerted effort to limit and control supply. See also Competition law; Price fixing. Family law - Formerly, working in concert to prevent the course of justice by seeking a decree of divorce on false pretences: Bell v Bell [1964] ALR 29. Collusion shall not be a bar to the granting of a decree of nullity, whether the marriage took place, or the proceedings were instituted, before or after 1 July 1972: Matrimonial Causes Ordinance (Cap 179) ss 23, 26(4). It shall not be used by the court as a ground on which petition or application to make absolute a decree nisi is dismissed: s 18A.
