释义	公約運輸 This usually refers to carriage of goods or passengers by air which is governed by international conventions such as the Unification of Certain Rules Relating to International Carriage by Air (Warsaw Convention) 1929, the Protocol amending the International Convention for the Unification of Certain Rules Relating to International Carriage by Air (Hague Protocol) 1955, and the Convention Supplementary to the International Convention for the Unification of Certain Rules Relating to International Carriage by Air (Guadalajara Convention) 1961. The conventions are given force of law in Hong Kong through the Carriage by Air Ordinance: Carriage by Air Ordinance (Cap 500) s 3, sch 1-sch 4. 通常指的是在國際公約，例如《1929年統一航空運輸規則的國際公約（華沙公約）》、《1955年統一航空運輸規則的國際公約的議定書（海牙草案）》及《1961年統一航空運輸規則的國際公約附則（瓜達拉哈拉公約）》的規範下的航空貨物或者乘客的運輸。該等公約在香港均具有法律效力：《航空運輸條例》（第500章）第3條，附件1至附件4。
