释义	財產爭議 In family law, a conflict between parties to a marriage about the ownership or division of property owned by one or both of them. Most matrimonial property disputes between husband and wife can be conveniently dealt with under the Matrimonial Proceedings and Property Ordinance (Cap 192). In any question between husband and wife as to the title to or possession of property, the husband or the wife may apply to a judge to determine the question: Married Persons Status Ordinance (Cap 182) s 6(1). The court has to be satisfied that there is before it an issue in relation to the title or possession of the property in question: Ching Cheung Fai v Ching Chan Yin Ying [1995] 1 HKC 859; Y v Y [1997] 3 HKC 43. See also Property settlement. 就家庭法而言，婚姻雙方就他們其中一人或他們兩人共同擁有的財產的所有權或分配產生衝突。大部份夫妻之間的婚姻財產爭議均可很方便地按《婚姻法律程序與財產條例》（第192章）處理。就夫妻間因財產所有權或管有權發生的問題，丈夫或妻子可向法官提出申請，要求裁決：《已婚者地位條例》（第182章）第6(1)條。法庭必須信納在他席前有就關於財產所有權或管有權的爭議：Ching Cheung Fai v Ching Chan Yin Ying [1995] 1 HKC 859; Y v Y [1997] 3 HKC 43。另見 Property settlement。
