| 释义 | 法庭記錄／法庭報導 1. The recording of the proceedings in the court. 2. The reporting in published form of decisions or judgments of the court. In Hong Kong, reporting of judicial proceedings for certain matrimonial cases is prohibited except the reporting is confined to particulars such as names, address, occupations of the parties and witnesses, statement of charges, point of law arising and the finding or judgment of the court: Judicial Proceedings (Regulation of Reports) Ordinance (Cap 287) s 3. The reporting of committal proceedings containing any matter other than certain specified details is unlawful: Magistrate Ordinance (Cap 227) s 87A. The reporting of bail applications is also restricted: Criminal Procedure Ordinance (Cap 221) s 9P. There is also the restriction on reporting of the identity of a complainant in respect of the trial of a sex offence: Crimes Ordinance (Cap 200) s 156.
