释义	領事館官員／領館服務人員 Any person, including the head of a consular post, recognised by the competent authority of the receiving state as entrusted in that capacity with the exercise of consular functions: Interpretation and General Clauses Ordinance (Cap 1) s 3; Consular Relations Ordinance (Cap 557) sch (Vienna Convention on Consular Relations 1963 art 1). Consular officer refers to the consul-general, vice-consul-general, consul, vice-consul, consular attaché or consular agent: Regulations of the People’s Republic of China concerning Consular Privileges and Immunities 1990 art 28(4). 任何獲接待國主管當局承認為以該身分受託行使領事職能的人，包括領事館的首長在內：《釋義及通則條例》（第1章）第3條；《領事關係條例》（第557章）附件（《維也納領事關係公約》第1條）。「領館服務人員」指從事領館服務工作的人員：《1990年中華人民共和國領事特權與豁免條例》第28(4)條。
