| 释义 | 虛假商品說明 A trade description (which includes an indication of quantity, size or gauge, place or date of manufacture of any goods) which is false to a material degree or misleading. The full legal definition of the term is provided in the Trade Descriptions Ordinance (Cap 362) ss 2, 3. It is an offence to apply a false trade description to any goods or supply or offer to supply any goods to which a false trade description is applied in the course of any trade or business, or to have possession for sale or for any purpose of trade or manufacture any goods to which a false trade description is applied: s 7. Import or export of any goods to which a false trade description is applied is also an offence: s 12. 虛假達關鍵程度或具有誤導性的商品說明（包括任何貨品的數量、大小或規格、製造的地點或日期的顯示）。《商品說明條例》（第362章）第2及3條為虛假商品說明訂定詳盡的法律定義。在營商過程或業務運作中將虛假商品說明應用於任何貨品；或供應或要約供應已應用虛假商品說明的貨品；或管有任何已應用虛假商品說明的貨品作售賣或任何商業或製造用途，即屬犯罪：第7條。將任何應用虛假商品說明或偽造商標的貨品進口或出口，亦屬犯法：第12條。 |
