| 释义 | 消費者買賣 A sale of goods or services in the course of a business where the goods or services are of a type ordinarily supplied or provided for private use, benefit or consumption and where the buyer does not purchase them in the course of business. A sale of goods or services by auction or by competitive tender is excluded from the definition: Supply of Services (Implied Terms) Ordinance (Cap 357) s 4; Control of Exemption Clauses Ordinance (Cap 71) s 4.
