释义	第二發行人 A person who did not initially publish or create any defamatory material but who subsequently brings out or distributes printed defamatory material. For example, ‘mechanical distributors’ such as newsagents, booksellers, and libraries are secondary distributors. Secondary distributors may avoid liability where they disseminate defamatory material innocently, and where the act of publication was not intentional or negligent; that is, they did not know or could not have known, nor did their negligence lead to their lack of knowledge, that the material was of a type likely to be defamatory: Goldsmith v Sperrings Ltd [1977] 2 All ER 566.
