| 释义 | 次要參與者 An accomplice to a crime. `Secondary participant’ includes accessory before the fact, principal in the second degree, and accessory after the fact. It also includes the person who assists, encourages or procures the commission of an offence and is criminally liable for the like offence: Criminal Procedure Ordinance (Cap 221) s 89. Recklessness may suffice as the mens rea of a secondary party: R v Lee Yiu Kwong [1985] HKLR 184.
