| 释义 | 單一反致 The choice of law doctrine where the law of more than one country may be applicable, however, the foreign choice of law rules refer the matter back to the domestic law of the forum, or onto the law of a third country, and, as such, the domestic law, or that of the third country, is applied. Single renvoi exists when, for example, a court is seised of a case in country A, whose law requires it to apply the law of country B, and the rules for choice of law in country B refer to the law of country A. Reference to the law of the country means a reference to the whole of its law, including its private international law which deals with the choice of law.
