Every printed document must have printed on it in legible type, in English or Chinese, the name and full address of the printer of the document, preceded by the words ‘Printed By’ or ‘Printer’ in English or Chinese: Printed Documents (Control) Regulations (Cap 268C) reg 2. Failure to comply with this requirement is an offence: reg 13.
