释义	專營權 1. A business arrangement which allows an individual, partnership or company to operate under the name of an already established business. A franchise is a system in which one organisation (‘franchisor’) grants the right to produce, sell or use a developed product, service or brand to another organisation (‘franchisee’). Royalties based on turnover are usually paid by the franchisee. The franchisee agrees to comply with the franchisor’s policies in respect of buying, marketing, and management. The franchisor may offer advertising and back-up services. 2. The right conferred by the government to engage in a certain business or to exercise corporate powers. 3. The business or territory controlled by the person or entity that has been granted a franchise. 4.
