| 释义 | 轉易執業者 An individual, usually a lawyer, who prepares deeds, mortgages, leases and other documents relevant to the transfer of an interest in real property. They examine and certify the validity of the title to the property and may attend upon the completion of the transfer of a given transaction. In Hong Kong, this area of the law is restricted to the legal profession; in others, the work may be carried out by ‘licensed conveyancers’ who may prepare transfers, conveyances, contracts and other documents in connection with, or other services ancillary to, the disposition or acquisition of interests in land.
