| 释义 | 傳達／易轉 To take, carry; to convey condolences by one person to another; to transfer or deliver to another. In property law, the transfer of an interest in land by the owner to another, usually by an instrument or document such as an assignment, deed or transfer. In a wider sense, such transfers can be affected by a court order or decree, including foreclosure of the subject property: Stamp Duty Ordinance (Cap 117) s 2. The transfer or vesting of any immovable property by one person to another.
