Only if damage is suffered will injury amount to an actionable wrong: Crofter Hand Woven Harris Tweed Co Ltd & Ors v Veitch & Anor [1942] AC 435, 1 All ER 142 (HL). It includes injury to a person in respect of his business, occupation, employment or other source of income, and includes any actionable wrong: Trade Unions Ordinance (Cap 332) s 2. 3. In insurance law, a physiological change or physical damage to the human body as the result of the happening of the event insured against. 4. Physical damage or injury to goods.
