释义	全球司法管轄權 In public international law, the authority of a court to hear certain matters, regardless of its particular jurisdiction, and irrespective of where the offence took place. Universal jurisdiction is granted in the interest of suppressing activities that are universally condemned and is primarily assumed on the basis of the presence of the alleged offender within the territory of the state. See also Public international law. 就國際公法而言，法庭就若干事宜進行聆訊的權限，不論其特定的司法管轄權，及不論有關罪行發生的地方。授予全球司法管轄權的目的是要遏止被全球譴責的活動，及主要基於指稱中的犯罪者處身於有關國家境內而行使全球司法管轄權。另見 Public international law。
