| 释义 | 律師 A barrister or solicitor; a person qualified to practise law under the Legal Practitioners Ordinance, and the rules made by the Law Society of Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Bar Association. The term is used in everyday parlance to describe members of the legal profession, while the term ‘legal practitioner’, being more precise, is most commonly found in legislation, for example, the Legal Practitioners Ordinance (Cap 159).
