释义 | 衡平租賃/槓桿租賃 Leases made by a lessee with a group of financiers (‘equity financiers’) who provide part of the funds and who act as the nominal lessor. The remaining portion of the funds required is provided by another group of financiers (the ‘debt financiers’). The debt financiers take an assignment of lease payments as security for repayment of the funds they provide: Ho, Security for Credit Law and Practice in Hong Kong (Butterworths, 1992) p 192.
