释义 | 知悉/告示 1. Knowledge: County Laboratories Ltd v J Mindle Ltd [1957] 1 Ch 295. 2. An announcement, whether or not in writing and any other communication or pretended communication: Control of Exemption Clauses Ordinance (Cap 71) s 2(1). 3. Something less than full knowledge. The thing of which a person is alleged to have notice must be brought clearly to that person’s attention: Goodyear Tyre and Rubber Co (Great Britain) Ltd v Lancashire Batteries Ltd [1958] 1 WLR 857. Notice may be actual or constructive, or may be imputed.
