释义 | 1924年海牙規則 The International Convention for the Unification of Certain Rules of Law relating to Bills of Lading 1924, a convention governing the carriage of goods by sea under contracts of carriage, by identifying the rights, liabilities, and duties of carriers and owners of cargo. The Convention came into force on 25 August 1924. It was given force in the Hong Kong SAR by the Carriage of Goods by Sea Ordinance (Cap 462). It was subsequently amended by the Protocol (1979) amending the International Convention for the Unification of Certain Rules of Law relating to Bills of Lading of 25 August 1924, as amended by the Protocol of 23 February 1968.
