释义	受寄人 A person in possession of the goods belonging to another person. A bailee has the right to sell goods if the bailor fails to pay the charge and to take delivery of the goods in accordance with the bailment or to give direction as to the redelivery of the goods: Disposal of Uncollected Goods Ordinance (Cap 294) s 2(2). Procedure after sale: s 4. A person who as a finder of a chattel elects to assume possession of it is not a bailee: Thompson v Nixon [1965] 2 All ER 741, 49 Cr App Rep 324.
