| 释义 | 生活費和未成年人的預付受託財產 A provision made in a will for a lump sum of money or property (real or personal) or annuity to be advanced from capital on the testator’s death to children, who may or may not be his or her own children, in order to support and maintain them in life and provide for their future by setting them up in business or providing for their education into a profession. A court may also order that the education and advancement of such children be provided for out of the deceased estate by means of a family provision order: Bosch v Perpetual Trustee Co [1938] AC 463.
