| 释义 | 親屬喪亡之痛 Deprivation of a relative by his or her death. A claim for damages for bereavement under the Fatal Accidents Ordinance (Cap 22) shall only be for the benefit of those persons prescribed (such as wife or husband, children, concubine, persons who had been living in the same household as husband or wife of the deceased, parents, or brother or sister of the deceased) as survive the deceased for not less than 30 days: Fatal Accidents Ordinance (Cap 22) s 4(2).
