空彈
A powder filled cartridge with no projectile, generally used for ceremonial, sporting, or training purposes to simulate a live round. Some blast effects may occur on discharge, depending on the size of the explosive charge in the cartridge. Generally, a small arms blank cartridge causes no physical damage unless fired within extremely close range. See also Ammunition; Blank fire pistol.
