释义	任擇議定書 An addendum to an international treaty, subsequently agreed upon by the parties, either to create a regime of enforcement not envisaged in the original treaty, or to elaborate and interpret the existing treaty in response to subsequent needs and expectations. Parties to a treaty may accept or reject commitments under an optional protocol.
