| 释义 | 兒童在未經宣誓下所提供的非宗教式誓詞 A formal statement adduced in court to prove or disprove a fact in issue by a person who is not an adult and who has not taken the oath or made an affirmation provided that a deposition of a child’s unsworn evidence may be taken for the purpose of criminal proceedings as if that evidence had been given on oath: Evidence Ordinance (Cap 8) s 4(3).
