| 释义 | 子女贍養費 The periodical payment of sums of money in support of the living or other necessary expenses of a child by a person who is liable to make such payments. The payment may be made pursuant to a court order or made voluntarily. In relation to a child, maintenance includes education: Guardianship of Minors Ordinance (Cap 13) s 2. 某人須定期支付某數額的款項以維持子女生活或其他必需支出的責任。支付子女贍養費可以是按照法庭命令或自願作出。對子女而言，贍養費包括子女教育費：《未成年人監護條例》（第13章）第2條。 |
