| 释义 | 商業名稱 The name, style, title or designation under which a business is carried on. If a business name is being used, the choice of the name is subject to statutory restriction against registration or use of certain names. A company may not be registered by a name which is the same as a name appearing in the Registrar’s index of company names; or which is the same as that of a body corporate incorporated or established under an ordinance (for instance the Hong Kong China Gas Company Ltd); or the use of which would constitute a criminal offence in view of the Chief Executive; or which is offensive or otherwise contrary to the public interest in the view of the Chief Executive: Companies Ordinance (Cap 32) s 20.
