释义	非法進境者 A person who unlawfully entered a country. It is an offence for a person, who may not land in Hong Kong without the permission of an immigration officer or immigration assistant, to land in Hong Kong without such permission: Immigration Ordinance (Cap 115) s 38(1)(a). It is also an offence for a person who have landed in Hong Kong unlawfully to remain in Hong Kong without the authority of the Director of Immigration: s 38(1)(b). A removal order may be made against an illegal entrant requiring him to leave Hong Kong: s 19(1)(b)(ii). Also known as ‘Illegal immigrant’. See also Entry permit; Visa. 不合法地進入某國的人。如某人在沒有取得入境事務主任或入境事務助理員的准許的情況下可在香港入境的，但他在沒有該項准許的情況下在香港入境，即屬違法：《入境條例》（第115章）第38(1)（a）條。在香港非法入境後未得移民處處長授權而留在香港的，亦屬違法：第38(1)（b）條。可就某非法進境者發出遣送離境令，以規定該非法進境者離開香港。另稱「非法移民」。另見 Entry permit; Visa。
