| 释义 | 虐待 Abuse by which a person knowingly and without moral justification causes physical pain or mental suffering. Ill-treatment or neglect by those in charge of child or young person in a manner likely to cause such child or young person unnecessary suffering or injury to his health (including injury to or loss of sight, or hearing, or limb, or organ of the body, or any mental derangement) constitutes an offence: Offences Against the Person Ordinance (Cap 212) s 27(1). 某人在明知而沒有道德理據的情況下，導致肉體痛楚或精神痛苦的虐待。如負有看管兒童或少年人責任的人，因虐待或忽略而導致該兒童或少年人受到不必要的苦楚或健康損害(包括視力、聽覺的損害或喪失，肢體、身體器官的傷損殘缺，或精神錯亂)，即構成犯罪：《侵害人身罪條例》（第212章）第27(1)條。 |
