释义	勞動合約 A contract that is wholly or principally for the labour of a person. A contract for labour differs from a contract by which the contractor has undertaken to produce a given result. Under a contract for labour, the contractor agrees to do the work himself or herself, whereas under a contract to produce a given result the contractor is not obliged to do the work personally but has the power to delegate the work to another: World Book (Australia) Pty Ltd v FCT (1992) 108 ALR 510. Employee includes a person entered into or works under a contract of service or apprenticeship with an employer in any employment, whether by way of manual labour, clerical work or otherwise: Employees’ Compensation Ordinance (Cap 282) s 2.
