| 释义 | 集體法團／法人公司 A corporation that consists of many people coexisting at the same time. It includes an incorporated company; a corporation with several members as opposed to a corporation sole with only one: Excelling Profit Investments Ltd v Sera Ltd [1992] 2 HKC 262; [1992-93] CPR 511. It comes into being when the association of persons is recognised as a legal person distinct from its members.
