| 释义 | 剝奪權利條文 A clause in a will which provides that if some particular set of circumstances is not realised or if something happens which should not happen, then the disposition under the will is to be negatived and the potential beneficiary will lose the entitlement to take the gift bequeathed by the testator or if the gift has already been distributed, the beneficiary will be divested of it.
